Len Stassi, BSc(Hons) MRICS is the Principal of deLancies, graduating in Building Surveying from the University of Reading in 1989 and was subsequently elected a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. With a keen interest in buildings and architecture, he has a strong focus on client care and attention to detail, particularly relating to technical and valuation matters.

Working as a surveyor since 1984, he gained valuable experience in site management, local authority building control, architectural drafting and technical consultancy. He also operated as a repairs and maintenance surveyor managing a portfolio in excess of 2,000 Housing Association properties. He has undertaken work internationally including France, Germany, Cyprus and the US; together with topographical surveys for the US military.

Predominately having worked as a Property Surveyor and Valuer since 1997, he has incorporated business development, delivered presentations, recruited and trained surveyors. He has also integrated quality control of internal and statutory systems and standards, which are essential in delivering a high calibre service and continued excellence in client care.
